MASTERBUILD CODE OF CONDUCT
The Code of Conduct is aimed to help our colleagues, partners, architects, subcontractors and suppliers recognize and resolve the ethics and compliance issues that may arise in daily work. It provides information and advice about the behavior we expect and deliver in turn to our clients and is our everyday guiding rule.
ANTI-CORRUPTION
MASTERBUILD representatives adhere strictly to the anti – bribery laws and regulations, in any geographical area our activity is developed. We count on every of our employees, partners, subcontractors and suppliers to prohibit any form of bribery in working on behalf of or with MASTERBUILD.
SHARED VALUES
Our Code of Conduct applies to all our employees, consultants, contracted labor and others when they are representing or acting on behalf of MASTERBUILD. We expect all our partners to be guided by these principles as well.

Health & Safety Policy
We put in practice this philosophy through a combination of site procedures and ongoing training programs that highlight activities that can endanger any of our colleagues and subcontractors.
MASTERBUILD “SAFETY DAY”
Each year, all MASTERBUILD employees participate at a comprehensive training and simulation program, to reinforce the technical field procedures and on-site training and ensure all the preventive and protective measures are understood and adopted by all our labor force.-
"NEAR MISSED” REGISTER
NEW LEARNINGS, EVERY DAY
Every situation is unique and anything can happen, anytime. This is the reason why all our construction sites hold an up-to –date “near missed” register, helping us record and learn from all potential incidents that didn``t happen and adjust our preventive measures for the better, at every new project. -
PUBLIC SAFETY
Public safety is a critical part of our activity. On applicable projects, we prepare and implement traffic safety management plans specific to the work site and to the local roads over which equipment and materials flow to support construction.
